Residents of Union, Snyder, and Northumberland Counties are eligible for a community borrower card. For more information about community borrower library privileges, please call the Library Services Desk at 570-577-1462 or email library@bucknell.edu.  

Faculty who work at an institution which is a member of either the Associated College Libraries of Central Pennsylvania (ACLCP) or PALCI are also eligible to borrow materials from Bertrand Library.
