The databases you choose to search largely depend upon the topic you are researching.  Consult the Research by Subject guides to find subject-specific databases. There is a guide for every subject taught at Bucknell.  

If you are just beginning an information search, it's a good idea to contact your subject librarian.  A librarian can help you get started and search for information efficiently and effectively.  Librarians are available by chat, email, or appointment.  You can find the librarian for each subject on the Research by Subject guides or by navigating to the Get Help page.

Drop-in hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 10am-noon, 1pm-5pm
  • Friday: 10am-noon, 1pm-4pm
